It's not like hatching a rooster or duck egg. It will be extremely irresponsible to promote parrot eggs to a primary-time owner, considering that parrot chicks call for all around-the-clock hand-feeding and specialised veterinary care. and that's assuming the egg was however feasible immediately after transportation. @saroj12 has many birds. @Hank
